Refund policy
Reading the notes on this site is free. This policy applies only if you buy a paid product offered under the Offcut Bin name.
The window
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain.
How to ask
- Email support@offcutbin.online from the address used at purchase.
- Include the order number or payment receipt and the purchase date.
- We confirm receipt within three working days.
When the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, usually between 5 and 10 working days after we process it.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't replace, your rights under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code, including the 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, or equivalent consumer laws where you live.
